The other main character was casey i wanted to her more about her what terrible times this poor girl had been through i really feel she so desperately needed help. The love they had as a family on christmas day was so lovely and warm i loved that it snowed too I just wanted Julie and shane to get a christmas miracle for them selfs and be a happy again. Disbelief and despair i felt it with them by the way Joanne wrote the plot you feel all their different emotions too. You can feel their love we got to hear the joy they shared when their baby boy was born but then their world is turned up side down.

The chapters are very short it was a real page turner for me i could not stop i just need to see what was going on i just needed to keep reading as i said before it will pull your heart strings Joanne just captures you emotions it very heartbreaking but then joyful. I wished it was a bit longer it was very easy to read. I have never read any of Joanne Clancy books so when Joanne asked me if i like to read her new christmas book i jumped at the chance as it so nice to read a new author and i got to say what a fantastic read it was.
